Brief introduction of jaw crusher machine
Jaw crushers are heavy duty machines and hence need to be robustly constructed. The gaskets adjusting device of discharging opening, reliable and. convenient, with large adjusting range, increases the flexibility of the equipment.
Jaw crusher is widely used in construction, mining, chemical industries and other industries which need a powerful machine to crush rocks and stones. Generally, jaw crusher can be used for both primary and secondary crushing. It can be used to crush the hardest rock and the materials with particle size around 125~1020mm and compressive strength less than 320MPa.
Features of jaw crusher machine
- The crusher can be put into production after normal operation.
- The materials to be crushed should be evenly added into the crusher cavity. Side feeding or full stacking should be avoided to avoid unilateral overload or overload.

Working principle of jaw crusher machine
Motor drives belt and belt pulley, makes moving jaw up and down through eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw is up, the angle between lining plate and moving jaw becomes large, and this will push moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. During this process, the material is crushed and ground, thus the crushing will be done. When the moving jaw is down, the angle between lining plate and moving jaw becomes small, the moving jaw plate will leave the fixed jaw plate on account of the effect of pulling bar and spring, and then the crushed material will be discharged from the lower opening of the crushing room.
